Returns & Exchanges

At RUDIS, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. We want to ensure you have the right equipment to perform at your best, so we’ve made our reclamation process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
